Joyce brings warmth, energy, and a natural talent for connecting with people to her role as Patient Coordinator. With a creative, marketing-minded approach and the ability to switch effortlessly between three languages, she makes every patient feel welcomed and at ease — sometimes before the rest of the room has even caught up.
Outside the office, Joyce stays active with badminton and dancing, unwinds with video games, and has a soft spot for bubble tea and sushi. Fun fact: she has two sisters, and all three are roughly the same height. As for an office mascot? Joyce would choose a beaver named Nippit — selected, of course, for its two very prominent front teeth.

As a new patient to this dental surgery, my initial experience was nothing short of a wonderful experience. The staff there were friendly and acted professionally right from the reception to the dentist. The dentist (Dr. Li Yang) explained the results of the X-ray with me and suggested the options available in my circumstances in a highly professional manner. Although my initial visit was for my annual check-up and teeth cleaning, I was very satisfied with their thorough services. With the confidence established during my first visit, I will definitely try their other services in the future and that will be subject to another review.
