As a new patient to this dental surgery, my initial experience was nothing short of a wonderful experience. The staff there were friendly and acted professionally right from the reception to the dentist. The dentist (Dr. Li Yang) explained the results of the X-ray with me and suggested the options available in my circumstances in a highly professional manner. Although my initial visit was for my annual check-up and teeth cleaning, I was very satisfied with their thorough services. With the confidence established during my first visit, I will definitely try their other services in the future and that will be subject to another review.

I have been looking for a new dental office after being told my previous place wasn't doing a great job despite me going at least once a year for cleaning (my gums were receding + other concerns which I was never informed despite being at the same clinic for over a decade). It was my first time here but everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained well and I left with a better understanding on how to maintain my teeth to prevent them from getting worse. They did a thorough cleaning and I'm very happy with the results. My husband also thought they did a great job. The clinic is very clean and professional. Highly recommend as the price is very reasonable.

Visited for teeth cleaning and examination. From the phone conversation to booking appointment, to the actual services...the crew delivers with utmost professionalism. Very nice and polite staff. The service is super. Very rare for an office to book a 7.15am appointment. Very punctual staff as well. I would recommend all who wants to have a good shot at clean teeth to visit here. Well done ladies!

I just had an appointment for a cleaning at Dentistry at Alton Towers and it was great! I called the office the evening before my appointment and they were able to quickly fit me in the following morning. The lady at the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable but also friendly! Kelly (the dental hygienist) who saw me was also very nice and thorough! Because I have sensitive gums, most routine cleanings are still a little uncomfortable but this time there was no discomfort. She's the best! Also, just like the website says they will work with you to see what your insurance covers and doesn't and come to an agreement with you. I highly recommend Dentistry at Alton Towers!
